Product description

The vertical cyclone air label separating machine essentially consists of two processes: separate the light material with low density and high air resistance from the heavy material with high density and low air resistance. The cyclone device(dust removal) is used for a further and better separate the light particle from the airflow. Hence it is effective to separate these mixed solid particles of different densities by controlling the ascending air velocity and the movement state of the particles of different densities in the mixed solid waste, so that some particles float up and some drop down. The mixed crushed materials are fed into the cyclone airflow separator from the middle part. Under the action of the rising air, the particles are separated according to its density. The heavy particles are discharged from the bottom, and the light one are discharged from the top, make it happen for cyclone airflow gas-solid separation.
