Product description

In this electrostatic separator, the charging method of waste is direct conduction, the waste is directly in contact with the conduction electrode, 

and the electrically conductive waste will obtain the same charge as the electrode and be repelled; 

The waste or non-conductor with poor conductivity is polarized in contact with the charged drum, 

and the opposite bound charge is generated near the drum and is attracted to the drum, 

so as to achieve the separation of waste with different electrical properties. 

The machine after the broken mixed solid waste, through a certain degree of heating, 

quantitative feed into the machine, when the material falls in the machine, 

the charged material according to different electrical conductivity to produce attraction and repulsion, 

respectively fall into different collection tank. In order to effectively separate solid wastes with different electrical conductivity, 

some materials are recharged and separated.

◆ If there are more powders and films in the crushing material, add screening and removing film devices.
