This one-stop recycling project is custom-made for clients, encompassing a full set of regenerative processes including PP mining bag shredding, intensive washing and cleaning, sorting and purification, dehydration and drying, and automatic packaging. It is also equipped with a complete sewage treatment system, truly achieving a closed-loop production model of plastic regeneration and wastewater recycling.

To address the challenges of high sand and mud content, abundant mineral powder, copper powder, and impurities, substantial washwater generation, and stringent environmental requirements in PP mining bags, the entire production line has undergone targeted upgrades: enhanced heavy-duty shredding structure for durability and wear resistance, ensuring stable material feeding. A multi-stage high-pressure washing system that efficiently removes stubborn slag stains, ensuring the purity and quality of recycled materials.

A dedicated set of sewage treatment equipment is provided, which can centrally filter production and cleaning wastewater, Through processes of precipitation, purification, and recycling, it effectively addresses the pollution issues in regenerated production wastewater, ensuring compliant discharge while promoting energy conservation and environmental protection. It fully meets factory environmental production standards, assisting enterprises in achieving solid waste resource utilization, harmless treatment of wastewater, and green production.

The entire process adopts PLC fully automatic intelligent control, featuring seamless workflow, low labor costs, and stable production capacity.
