PET bottle crushing washing recycling line is designed for label removing, crushing, washing, drying and packing waste PET drink bottles like mineral water bottle, cola bottle and processing waste PET plastic bottles into recyclable high-quality PET flakes. The raw PET bottle recycling line process as the following procedure: firstly remove labels through label removing machine, secondly sort out variegated bottles (like green bottle, blue bottle and residual impurities) through flat sorting conveyor, thirdly being crushed to small flakes by crusher, fourthly separate PET flakes and PP caps&rings through the washing tank, fifthly being heated and washed then rinse in the washing tank, finally being dehydrated by dryer and packing directly.Our machine produces high-quality PET bottle flakes, long-fiber products as PET recyclable polyester and other high-quality PET related products.
