Product description

Waste PP hospital medical plastic recycling  line is mainly designed for medical non-prohibited waste plastic like PP medical drip bottles and PE infusion bags crushing washing drying, separating and pelletizing production, process the medical hazardous waste into general solid waste plastic for further recycling. Firstly, pre-sort the mixed PP medical drip bottle and PE infusion bag material, then wet crush it into small pieces. After high-speed friction washing, remove the paper label,  and then rinse wash the material and separate part of the submerged bottle rubber plug, and then  drying the cleaned material. Finally,  separate PE infusion bags film by cyclone air separator, and part of the floated silicone bottle plug by rubber separator,  the final finished  PP flakes can reach the engineering raw material standard , which can be directly used as engineering raw materials to make pellets for further recycling.
