PET plastic bottle compression bottle brick unpacking and breaking machine, 

PET bottle brick breaking machine is mainly used for PET/HDPE plastic recycling 

stripping label crushing and cleaning production line front end of the compressed

 bottle brick unpacking and breaking pretreatment. The self-contained conveyor belt 

sends the bags directly to the unpacking room for unpacking, and then sends the unpacked 

materials to the sorting conveyor belt. The unpacking speed is controlled by the inverter, 

and the unpacking speed can be adjusted at will.

The input belt is provided at the entrance of the body, and the input belt is connected with the input motor 

below the input belt through the connecting chain, the input belt is provided with an upper solution motor, 

the upper solution motor is connected with the upper solution shaft, the upper solution fin is provided on the upper

 solution shaft, the input belt is provided with a lower solution shaft, the lower solution fin is provided on the lower 

solution shaft, the other end of the lower solution shaft is connected with the lower solution motor. 

The machine has the advantages of simple structure and easy operation, which improves work efficiency and saves

 manpower.
