Product description

PE agricultural film (mulch film, greenhouse film, tobacco film) and municipal solid waste are the most difficult to deal with in the process of recycling renewable resources. 

Now our company has designed a sand removal machine for urban landfill waste and PE agricultural film recycling with large sand content. 

This function can quickly and effectively remove the residual impurities in municipal solid waste and agricultural film. 

Such as soil, sand, small stones, glass, metal, wood chips, etc. After the material enters through the feed port, 

the material is rubbed with the rebar under the barrel through the high-speed rotation of the spindle, 

so that the impurities on the material are separated and filtered through the rebar gap, 

and carried out through the lower conveyor. The film material is discharged through the spiral blade and the discharge blade.

Technical characteristics

◆ High output: processing capacity (raw materials) 2-3T/H

◆ Good effect: it can effectively remove 55%-75% of impurities in the first section, such as sand, stone, cloth, paper materials, etc. (Paper materials are difficult to deal with in subsequent recycling equipment)
