that is, artificial and mechanical transmission, can be mass produced, the central screen adopts ring flat steel ring design,

 good wear resistance, long service life, simple structure, easy maintenance. The screen surface is a cylindrical cylinder 

with holes or a cone with truncated ends. The screen is generally an impact plate. Installation Angle 3 ~ 5°.

The movement of the material in the drum screen has three states:

(1) Settling state: the particles are lifted by circular motion and roll down to the surface of the particle layer moving upward.

(2) Throwing state: When the sieve cylinder speed is high enough, the particles rise along the cylinder wall and fall back to the bottom of the sieve along the parabolic track.

(3) Centrifugal state: the speed is further increased, and the particles are attached to the wall of the cylinder no longer fall, and this speed is called the critical speed.

In general, the material stays in the cylinder for 25 to 30 seconds, and the screening efficiency is the best when the speed is 5 to 6r/min
