Product description

This hydraulic rubber cutting machine is mainly used in the process of granulation to produce water material rubber block,

 natural rubber, synthetic rubber, industrial roll paper, roll film (agricultural film, mulch film, greenhouse film, fishing net)

 and other materials cutting pretreatment, convenient for the subsequent secondary processing and utilization of materials. 

The machine is mainly composed of cutting knife, frame, working cylinder, base, auxiliary workbench, hydraulic system,

 electrical system and other parts. The base under the cutting knife is equipped with nylon cushion plate to protect the cutting knife blade. 

The frame is equipped with upper and lower limit switches to control the reversing valve to change the direction of the rubber cutter, 

and also to protect the piston cylinder head.
