Warm congratulations to our company on the successful completion of the installation, commissioning, and full operation of an integrated production line for PP bag shredding, cleaning, and packaging, along with a complete sewage treatment system, at a state-owned enterprise in China. The project has been smoothly delivered and put into operation!

This one-stop integrated recycling project, customized for the client, encompasses a complete set of regenerative processes including PP mining bag shredding, intensive cleaning, sorting and purification, dehydration and drying, and automatic packaging. It is also equipped with a comprehensive wastewater treatment system, truly achieving a closed-loop production model that combines plastic regeneration with wastewater recycling.

To address the challenges of high sand and silt content, heavy impurities in mineral powder, large volumes of cleaning wastewater, and stringent environmental requirements in industrial and mining PP bag processing, the entire production line has undergone targeted upgrades: enhanced heavy-duty shredding structure for durability and wear resistance, ensuring stable material feeding. A multi-stage high-pressure friction cleaning system that efficiently removes stubborn slag stains, ensuring the purity and quality of recycled materials.

A dedicated set of sewage treatment equipment is provided, which can centrally filter production and cleaning wastewater, Through processes of precipitation, purification, and recycling, it effectively addresses the pollution issues in regenerated production wastewater, ensuring compliant discharge while promoting energy conservation and environmental protection. It fully meets industrial environmental production standards, completely satisfying factory environmental regulations, and assisting enterprises in achieving solid waste resource utilization, harmless treatment of wastewater, and green production.

The entire process adopts PLC fully automatic intelligent control, featuring seamless workflow, low labor costs, and stable production capacity.
